“I have been going to see Dr Alison Vandekerkhove now for almost a year. I first started when I was Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, feeling quite lost and very scared, Dr Alison was recommended to me and I have not looked back since. She always takes the time to listen and is full of knowledge and expertise, her positive attitude has helped me to come to terms with my disease, She always keeps me up to date with anything new and always goes the extra mile. In my latest challenge with starting the disease modifying Drugs she has been extremely supportive and encouraging even offering to administer my injection's until my confidence grows to do it myself.

She has also on occasion been to my place of work to do talks about different subjects, always very interesting and takes the time to explain everything and answer everyone's question's, she is always very personable and an asset to the community.

Dr Alison has always made me feel at ease and I'm very confident that my visits are helping with my symptoms. I will continue my visits for many year's to come and can not think of anyone more deserving of this award.
